I pray for peace.

For the peoples of this world to realise their similarities and overlook their differences. For them to realise that for every reason they have to hurt a fellow human being, there are a dozen more reasons for them to nurture that same person. For them to realise that for all their troubles, there is somebody out there who is far more burdened than them. For them to realise that for all their power and influence, the power of the people will overcome theirs.

And one day, the tired bones shall rest. The tormented souls shall rest. The weary minds shall rest.

The excesses in our soul will be eradicated. And we will fulfill our capacity for intelligence, for creativity.

And for love.
